1. General Policy
All subscription payments to IMMANOU are processed through Gumroad and are generally non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the plan features on our Pricing page and agree to these refund terms.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
3. Exceptional Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
You were charged after cancellation due to a technical error. You experienced a complete inability to access the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a platform fault on our end. You were charged for a plan you did not select due to a payment processing error.
To submit a refund request, email contact@immanou.com with your Gumroad Order ID, the email address used for purchase, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 7 business days.
4. Free Plan
The Observer plan is free of charge and requires no payment. No refund applies.
5. Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at contact@immanou.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to Gumroad’s buyer protection process.
