IMMANOU (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service at immanou.com.

Information you provide directly:
Your name, email address, and password upon registration. Strategic decisions, conversation content, and reflections you submit during Decision Cycles. Payment information processed exclusively by Gumroad — we do not store payment card data.
Information collected automatically:
IP address and approximate location for security purposes including fraud prevention and abuse detection. Browser type and session data for technical operation of the Service. Usage patterns such as number of Decision Cycles used and session timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service. Generate your monthly Blind Spot Audit report (Strategist and Oracle plans). Maintain your Strategic Memory across sessions within the Service. Send transactional emails including account activation, registration confirmation, and subscription-related communications. Detect and prevent fraudulent registrations and abuse of the free plan. Respond to your support requests.
We do not use your strategic decisions or conversation content for AI model training, marketing profiling, or any purpose beyond direct service delivery.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers hosted by Hostinger. Your strategic conversations and Decision Cards are stored in an encrypted WordPress database accessible only to you and the Service infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including HMAC-signed tokens for authentication, session isolation, and rate limiting. No security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties solely to operate the Service:
Anthropic (Claude AI): Your conversation content is processed by Anthropic’s API to generate strategic responses. Anthropic’s Privacy Policy governs their handling of this data. We have configured our integration to prohibit use of your data for model training where such options are available.
Gumroad: Processes subscription payments and billing as Merchant of Record. Your email address is shared with Gumroad upon purchase to facilitate your subscription. Gumroad’s Privacy Policy governs their handling of payment data.
Hostinger: Provides server infrastructure and email hosting. Your data resides on Hostinger servers in accordance with their data processing agreements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
6. Data Retention
Your account data and strategic content are retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data and strategic content will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance purposes. IP-based security transients are automatically deleted within 5 minutes of use.
7. Your Rights
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you. Request correction of inaccurate data. Request deletion of your account and associated data. Object to processing of your data. Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

8. International Users
IMMANOU serves users globally. By using the Service, you consent to the processing and storage of your information as described in this Policy. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interests in operating a secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
9. Cookies
IMMANOU uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and service delivery. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may impair the functionality of the Service.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@immanou.com.
11. Changes to This Policy
